Senior Lease Finance Manager

Senior Finance Manager (Leases / IFRS16) - Blackburn (Office Based) - Permanent - Up to £65,000 + Bonus   IN2 Consult have an exciting and unique opportunity for a driven and eager individual to join our client's finance function as a Senior Finance Manager, looking after their leases.
The role is based in Blackburn and is permanent.    This position doesn't require somebody who is an IFRS 16 specialist, however, having an understanding of IFRS 16 and Lease Accounting is expected.
The role would be great for a first time mover from practice into industry.
The role does require 5 days per week on site, however, the offer flexi-hours and adhoc remote working.
  The duties of the Senior Finance Manager role includes: Maintaining the company's lease portfolio, ensuring that IFRS16 is being adhered to Controlling and owning data to do with the company's leases Leading monthly reconciliations to support regional teams Business partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, both finance and non-finance   The successful candidate will: Ideally come from a practice background - Top 10 Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified  Have knowledge or hands on experience of Lease Accounting under IFRS16   Senior Finance Manager (Leases / IFRS16) - Blackburn (Office Based) - Permanent - Up to £65,000 + Bonus
