We're seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting to our Head of Business Applications , you will be responsible for analysing and capturing the business requirements across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from out of our offices in Shalford, Guildford or Leamington Spa, Warwick.

What you'll do · Work closely with Business Process owners and Subject Matter experts to develop and optimise end-to-end business processes, with a primary focus on integrating ERP systems and ensuring effective third-party system integration with contract manufacturers to support production and supply chain efficiency · Able to translate requirements into viable process solutions in SAP 4 Hana & other systems that are aligned with the business strategy and goals, solution principles and standard functionality, in particular Engineering applications · Lead the alignment of cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive development and enhancement of the IT solutions, and driving collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Provide comprehensive functional support and ownership of ERP systems, ensuring that all modules, particularly those related to sourcing, procurement, and order fulfilment, meet the evolving needs of the business.
· Manage the documentation, training materials, and user guides for all integrated systems, ensuring consistent and accurate information is available across teams, particularly for those interfacing with third-party contract manufacturers.
· Responsible for holistic process design, including thinking about integration points, controls, roles, compliance, KPIs, reports.
Ensure processes adhere to company policies and compliance requirements (process controls, segregation of duties, etc.)
· Works with Business Change for Adoption on aspects such as Business change impacts identification Provide comprehensive functional support and ownership of ERP systems, ensuring that all modules, particularly those related to sourcing, procurement, and order fulfilment, meet the evolving needs of the business [ Who you are · Analytical skills to evaluate complex business problems and design effective solutions · Good understanding of the IT processes to support Finance, Procurement and Manufacturing processes · Able to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate discussions between diverse teams · Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating clear and comprehensive documentation and an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner · Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple locations · Experience of using a broad range of business analysis practices to support change delivery · Experience with SAP 4/HANA is advantageous but not essential · Experience with process design and capture with contract manufacturers About Us Forseven is building something new.
