As a Senior Insight & Player Protection Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to player safety and responsible gaming.
What You'll Do: Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Use advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to player behavior and protection. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the business.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company—including product, compliance, and customer service—to integrate player protection insights into every aspect of our operations.Reporting & Communication: Produce detailed reports that highlight key findings and recommendations. Communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.QualificationsGraduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experienceWorking experience in an analytical role, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry.Proficient in SQL and one or more of the following: Python, R, SASKnowledge of Data visualisation software, Power BI preferableProven ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendationsStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholdersPassion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data modelsAdditional InformationJoin us to unlock benefits and opportunities that will boost your career journey in a vibrant, inclusive and fulfilling work environment – so you can #BeYourself.
