Senior In-House Regulation Lawyer – Edinburgh

Our client, a leading professional body representing over 13,000 solicitors is seeking a Disciplinary Proceedings Manager to oversee a team managing conduct complaints and disciplinary cases.
This role is based in Edinburgh and involves managing a team that handles conduct complaints brought before the independent Professional Conduct Sub-committee (PCSC) or the Scottish Solicitors' Discipline Tribunal (SSDT).The ideal candidate will be a qualified Scottish lawyer with a minimum of 7 years' PQE.
You should have strong expertise in litigation (preferably civil) and/or regulatory proceedings, along with proven leadership skills.This is an exciting opportunity for lawyers looking to move in-house and enjoy more flexible working arrangements.
