Senior/Event Project Manager

A creative agency based in the Home Counties seeks a Senior/Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall strategic planning of event construction projects, including full accountability for the management and delivery of projects.
This will include scoping out, producing and implementing plans.
This role is creative, not only turning briefs into reality but also identifying possibilities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities Receiving and understanding client briefs and delivering accurate quotes aimed at inspiring client engagement.
Being the project owner, directing information to our internal and external partners.
This includes our supply chain, venues and most importantly our clients.
Acting as the focal point to keep our in-house teams and clients involved and always updated whilst delivering the project.
Liaising with the Construction Manager, Operations Team and our craftspeople to complete work on time and to the highest possible standard.
Tracking budget spend and project margin with adjustments made where required.
Taking briefs from concept and quoting stage through to full project delivery.
Monitoring and maintaining a high level of finish and detail.
Keeping all parties informed at all stages of the production process, dealing with on-site schedules and changing briefs.
Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings to keep up to date with on going projects.
Contributing to business development.
Identifying opportunities for the company to extend their service to new and existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications Proven experience of project management within the an event staging company or stand build and design agency Possess a positive, proactive attitude with a creative flair for problem-solving whilst working to changing timelines and priorities.
Able to work with autonomy on various projects and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
Able to work within a deadline-driven environment.
Good time keeping and efficiency.
Strong organisational ability to manage various workloads/projects Ability to professionally manage teams whilst out on site.
Managing financial quotes and keeping to budgets.
Be highly self motivated, with a commercial approach to managing projects.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to understand and suggest solutions, considering all the various departments of the business.
Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions Have strong organisation skills Salary dependent on experience.
