As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the Civil Engineering sector.
Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.My client projects range from £5,000,000 - £50,000,000.About The Role:As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Swindon Region.
Your focus is:•Creating and understanding specifications.•Building relationships with clients.•Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.•Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.•Reporting and working closely with the Director.About You:•Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.•Experience working on Civil Engineering Schemes.•Live within or commutable to Swindon.•Experience using Causeway / Excel or alternate Estimating Software.•First Principals and Project Take Off experience.What's on Offer:•£70,000 - £80,000 + (DOE)•Car Allowance / Company Car•Company Pension•25 days holiday + Bank Holidays•Progression & Growth•Hybrid work – 4/1 Split.
