Senior Estimator / QS Portadown Highly Competitive Salary Day to Day:Tender for a range of Construction and High profiled fit-out contracts including, Luxury 5-star hotels, Bespoke Residential, Educational, Health, Social & Commercial projects ranging from £1M+ to £20M+.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Related Course / Relevant Qualifications.
5+ years post qualification experience working as a QS /Estimator.
Proven track record within a similar fit-out and construction role.
Experience of confidently pricing tenders to the minimum value of £1M+.
A good understanding of market rates and profit margins.
Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office and Estimating Software.
