What You will Do for Us: Develop Innovation Strategy for the operating unit (OU)Identify the growth opportunities for the category across the markets in OU and prioritize where to play and how to win, and lead the innovation agenda and its execution for the global/regional brands in Europe.Develop a consumer-driven innovation strategy & pipeline that unlocks new revenue streams and create shared value for our entire system.Lead and model a networked & inclusive approach to innovations partnering closely with global teams, brand leads, R&D, technical & supply chain, strategy, human insights, commercial and franchise VPs; as well as engaging and partnering with frontline marketing, franchise operations VPs, bottler leads (& customers) to secure commitment and alignment on investments and capabilities requirements (e.g. new route to market) to ensure we can massively scale up innovations.Drive fewer, bigger, braver innovations agenda, aligning the network to prioritize the biggest growth opportunities and streamlining the funnel towards launching only those innovations with the strongest innovation edge/right to win.Collaborate with the Global Innovations NetworkActive collaboration & co-creation with the global teams for a balanced global vs EU pipeline for Minute Maid/Cappy/any new global platform innovations.Play as the "voice" of the OU to inform and identify critical issues, trends, and opportunities in Global Platforms, to influence global innovation pipeline, feed pipeline for local brands and to support the development of critical capabilities in the OU.Scan, share and steal with pride best practices coming from Global or other OUs.Lead any Global charter work as appropriate to the strategic project identified.Oversight on the Execution of the Innovations Agenda in the Next 18 Months:Manage Innovation process & provide strategic guidance for brand leads/projects leaders/frontline leads who are executing the innovation launches in the next 18 months.Produce Business Case for building required System Capabilities to win in the category.Maximize the opportunity for formulas harmonization, sugar reduction and implement it in the markets.Support brand directors and project leads in senior stakeholder management and unblocking any barriers for innovation launches.Closely monitoring innovation business results, & pivoting, as needed.Leadership & Culture:Be the role model in bringing to life the networking approach in the OU and with the Global team.Inspire the System with innovation thinking to produce extraordinary results, and act as a key business leader to leverage business context into innovation insights.Co-leadership with the marketing capabilities team in driving our innovation culture, mindset & behaviors.Be the role model in implementing our innovation tools (Workfront, edge, right to win framework). Qualifications & Requirements: Significant marketing and leadership experience (15+ years) preferably in the field of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Category Marketing Leadership and Innovation Strategy and have handled high-complexity project management (from design to business case to implementation).Ability to drive innovation agenda forward influencing through art (consumer/shopper insights, needs) and science (analytics, business cases, efficiencies etc.).Business/commercial acumen, including expertise in finance and TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) business models.Ability to influence critical external stakeholders incl. bottler's leadership team.Ability to work in agile cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders.Passionate, curious, and external-focused and bring freshness from outside.Design thinking capability.Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills/storytelling.Prior experience in Stills categories is an asset.Experience working with local markets and the bottler is considered an asset.
