Senior Designer

High growth fashion brand is seeking an experienced Senior Designers to take lead in designing highly trend led and commercial ranges for their accessories department.
You will be: Attending, present & contribute, with confidence at design direction meeting, bringing newness and creative ideas to the team.
Ensuring that all tech-packs are of the highest standard and can be accurately translated by the factory into the best quality To research key accessories trends and looks for the upcoming season, Gaining commercial awareness & market knowledge Developing new accessories ranges that align with the brand identity and market trends Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the wider team Requirements: High taste level.
Confident presentation skills.
Highly creative in womenswear design with focus on fashion accessories Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience managing a team In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with others Hybrid, remote or freelance applications are not appropriate for this role and will not be considered.
This role is based inhouse on a full-time basis
