ABOUT DATA SCIENCE Data is a core part of the MONY Group strategy. Since 2021, we've been on a journey to modernize our underlying infrastructure and related capabilities. As our foundational infrastructure has become more established, we are focusing more on long-term value creation and continuous delivery of enhancements based on user feedback, so that our Data Science and AI products evolve to meet the changing needs of the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, who is passionate about leveraging machine learning (ML) and AI to improve customer and colleague experiences. This person will:

Shape the future: Drive the vision and strategy for Data Science and AI products that tackle complex problems with innovative solutions. Collaborate and innovate: Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Designers, Marketing, Commercial and Compliance teams to turn ideas into impactful products. Define and execute: Define roadmap & clear objectives for machine learning & AI products with Data Scientists, ensuring alignment with business strategy & successful execution. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will have the following:

Product strategy: You have a deep understanding of user needs, market and technology trends, to define product vision and strategy for a portfolio of products. You have great learnings around ML and AI products which personalise customer interactions, optimise marketing campaigns and automate customer service processes. Influencing: You have exceptional influencing skills to get stakeholder buy-in, driving product adoption to drive real business impact. Communication: You can effectively communicate the value of ML/ AI to sometimes skeptical audiences, simplifying complex concepts, and evangelizing benefits with compelling examples. You have experience communicating product updates to all levels of the organisation, managing expectations given high levels of uncertainties. Concept to implementation: You can deliver innovative features or enhancements to existing products, from ideation to launch. Unlocking value quickly: You have experience helping Data Scientists focus on delivering value quickly, balancing this with technical excellence. You define and track KPIs to measure product success. Navigating change: You can effectively navigate and support teams through change, adapting to different personalities and working styles. The following are also desirable:

Experience of Google Cloud Platform, Google Marketing Platform. Knowledge of machine learning models, e.g. recommendation engines, predictive analytics and natural language processing; and MLOps. INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. 30mins call to run through your experience and the role.
2. 60mins interview, with questions focused on the product aspects of the role.
3. 45mins interview, with questions focused on your behaviours and how you work with others.
