Senior Cyber Recovery Specialist - Salary Circa £55,000.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Cyber Recovery Specialist to be responsible for and run our cyber recovery solution (CRS).
A bit about the job: You will maintain and monitor the CRS to ensure it is always operational and available to support a recovery if required.
You will oversee regular tests and exercises, delivering training to ensure all team members are prepared and understand their roles.
In the event of a serious cyber incident, you will support the Crisis Management Teams as a CRS authority, helping to shape the recovery order and ensure effective restoration of services.
By ensuring the readiness and effectiveness of our cyber recovery solution, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our operational continuity and resilience.

Aviva operates a "smart working" policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office this role is based in, Norwich, or Bristol.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Service Management and Platform Ownership: Experience in service management and exposure to platform ownership are desirable.
IT Service Continuity and Infrastructure: Exposure to IT service continuity and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure would be valuable.
Experience in delivering change to IT infrastructure and disaster recovery testing or cyber recovery solutions is helpful.
Time Management and Decision Making: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work for yourself and your team.
Demonstrably logical problem solver with sound decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and reliable output.
Communication and Collaboration: Self-confident with good communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Enjoys working as part of a tightly-knit team and influencing people of all levels across the organization.

Salary Circa £55,000.
(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
