Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in careers guidance to own the full customer lifecycle of our AI co-pilot across FE colleges.
This role combines strategic relationship management with subject matter expertise in careers guidance, making you the vital bridge between our diverse stakeholder community and product team.
You'll be responsible for customer success from initial onboarding through to renewal, while building an engaged community of users across multiple levels of FE institutions.
Responsibilities Customer Management Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption strategies.
Manage renewal processes and expand customer relationships.
Stakeholder Engagement Engage with various institutional levels from senior leadership to learners.
Build and nurture an active community of users across institutions.
Product Implementation Lead pilot programmes and gather feedback to inform product development.
Create and deliver tailored training materials.
Strategic Input Identify sector trends, contribute to product strategy, and share market intelligence.
Requirements Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in careers guidance within the FE/HE sector.
Relevant careers guidance qualification preferred.
Skills Essential Outstanding stakeholder management, community building, and project management skills.
Desirable Experience with SaaS or EdTech products, and knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
