Job Details Your new companyI am currently working with a client who is seeking a Senior Credit Controller with 5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
They are a very credible and established underwriting agency.Your new roleGenerate and distribute monthly statements for broker accounts.Allocate incoming funds and request necessary closings and slips from brokers.Proactively contact debtors via phone, email, and online meetings to secure payments.Identify overdue debts and escalate issues as needed.Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support the collection process.Organise and lead regular meetings with different business units to address credit control challenges and escalations.Continuously assess and improve current processes, eliminating inefficiencies and driving ongoing improvements.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in recorded premiums, working with the technical team to correct any inaccuracies.Address unallocated cash issues and provide feedback to prevent mis-postings.Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.What you'll need to succeed5+ years experience in the Insurance industry, Credit Control background.Analytical problem-solving approach, proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and B-lookups.Strong analytical skills with the knowledge to deal with large complex reconciliations on broker accounts.Confidence and excellent communication skills and liaising with external clients.Ability to multitask and meet SLAs.What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary.Working at a leading underwriting agencyBirthday off!Benefits packages, including personal training sessions.
