Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Legal, Insurance, or Wealth Management sectors.
Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, qualifying candidate, coordinating interviews, and presenting job offers
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
