Senior Process Engineer (Chemical) Medical Device Central Belt The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Process Engineer , to join a well-established Medical Device Company in the central belt.
The company has recently experienced a period of growth and is positioning itself for further growth in key markets.
The company requires a talented, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to contribute to the existing engineering team Your main responsibilities will be: Responsible for the design, installation, and commission of new production processes with the view to optimise yield and efficiency Troubleshoot complex chemical process challenges Contribute to production root cause analysis, and change proposals Set up scale-up and scale-down processes, including making appropriate updates to process FMEAs and changes to equipment design and configuration Optimise existing production processes by analysing and compiling debottleneck studies and driving the improvements through to completion Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents required for efficient operation of the process Subject matter/process expert What do we need from you?
A minimum of 8 years experience in an equivalent role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or medical device bio-process environment.
