Senior Buyer - Essex Office-based with some flexibility £55k - £60k Our Essex-based client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking commercial Senior Buyer to lead and transform their procurement process.
The successful candidate will focus on sourcing directly from original suppliers, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead supplier selection and relationship management.
Provide up-to-date market insights on key drivers, supply changes, and emerging products/services.
Manage strategic supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery).
Oversee stakeholder engagement and supplier risk management/contingency planning.
Present data and recommendations to the board.
