As the Senior Business Transformation Manager for Private Markets Transformation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Private Markets operating model within the Asset Management business.
This role will involve designing scalable operating models, driving efficiencies, and managing complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for private markets, focusing on scalable and efficient operating models to support business growth.
Use strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges within private markets, often navigating unclear scenarios to drive practical, strategic solutions.
Lead the planning and execution of private markets transformation projects, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination to deliver successful outcomes.
Partner with teams in Investments, Compliance, Distribution, Product, Operations, and Technology to support private markets initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution across departments.
Building positive relationships with senior stakeholders within the organisation.
Challenging the status quo, thinking differently and expressing new ideas.
Skills and Experience Required: Deep expertise in private markets within an Asset Management, Consulting or Banking setting, with experience in business transformation and change management.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking to complex issues.
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale projects, with an emphasis on private markets or similar operations.
Ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, able to balance high-level objectives with practical project management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and project updates to senior leadership.
