Salary to £55,000 plus fantastic benefitsHybrid Working – 3 days office based, 2 remote) 9.30am to 5.30pmChancery Lane The Senior Business Development Executive will provide support to the Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) and in the development and execution of Charity, Employment & Education business and marketing plans and to help in the identification and creation of opportunities to win new business.
You will be a champion for the department and lead on pitch work and content creation.
Senior Business Development Executive Key Duties: Research and support in the creation of credentials statements and draft pitches, both formal and informal, and leading where appropriate.Have key involvement in the pitching process, including statements of experience, client quotes/testimonials, basic research, organising meetings, partner and fee earner biographiesResponsible for maintenance of materials for Charity, Employment & Education groups and case studies for pitch data baseManaging the process for directory and awards submissions to the Chambers UK and Legal 500 directories with Partners and wider Marketing teamCreate content for brochures, digital newsletters, legal updates and other direct mailingsResponsible for aiding the Events Manager for any in person or virtual events within Charity, Employment & Education groupsCoordinate and produce relevant regular reports, working together with the Business Development team Senior Business Development Executive Key Skills: Degree educated and / or studying towards recognised marketing qualification, ie, CIMMinimum 3 years business development experience working in a law firm or professional services environment, preferably with a focus on Charity, Employment and/or EducationCRM systems knowledge (preferably InterAction)Advanced PowerPoint experience
