Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Produce rapid, high-quality documentation (PowerPoint slides, reports) to align with client objectives.
Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that support business transformation.
Conduct analysis on existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within a consulting or technology-focused environment.
Strong technical background with familiarity in enterprise architecture, IT solutions, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create concise, client-ready documentation and presentations.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other documentation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting both business and technology stakeholders.
Preferred Skills: Experience working with clients in Central Europe and the UK.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital tools used in transformation projects.
Ability to quickly absorb and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
