Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst Initial 6 month contract, £600pd inside IR35, hybrid (1-2 days onsite in Somerset per month) We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our public sector client on a contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating requirements analysis, producing relevant documentation, enhancing business processes, and producing impactful business cases.
Your expertise and experience within the Central Government/Defence sector, will guide stakeholder relationships and enable effective decision-making within Agile development teams.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and optimise current services and processes Define and manage requirements for complex change initiatives Lead workshops within large, complex projects Produce models such as activity diagrams, data models, and wireframes Collaborate with stakeholders to identify objectives and solutions Develop training materials and lead user training sessions Essential Skills: Experience conducting business analysis activities within Central Government or Defence sectors Understanding of enterprise and business architecture Proficiency in business process improvement techniques Experience with requirements definition and stakeholder management Familiarity with Agile methodologies and writing user stories
