Senior Business Analyst

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with a robust background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to join our team in the Lincolnshire area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, design and implement solutions, and optimise business processes, for customers in the retail domain.
Location: Lincolnshire Type: Permanent Role: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to MDM and ERP systems Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation Design, implement, and maintain MDM and ERP solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions Lead and participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM and ERP systems with other business applications Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and ERP systems within the retail sector What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on MDM and ERP systems Experience in the retail domain, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of retail operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Experience with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MDM tools Hurry & apply for a more detailed conversation with our Talent Team!
