What your days could look like: Welcome and converse with guests in a polite and friendly manner whenever you engage with them Take guests' orders Serve guests, whether its in the Living Space, Glasshouse, the Rampsbeck restaurant, via room service or at conferences and events, in a warm and welcoming way Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in your working environment Make and serve drinks and coffees to a high standard, with a knowledge of the products being served Share information, skills and ideas that will improve service Assist in the coffee and bar training of the Baristas and other floor staff Order coffee, breakfast stock and assist with bar stock ordering by notifying the restaurant management team of stock levels.
Supporting the F&B Manager/ Assistant Manager in the ongoing training and development Supervision of functions and events in professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
