Senior Authorised Person / HV Specialist – 12+ Month Contract – South of England – Outside IR35 – Substation – Flexible Start Date Hunter Philips are partnering with a HV service provider to find a 132kV Senior Authorised Person to join the team a long-term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Safety from the System and performing all associated SAP duties.
Requirements: - Current or previous 132kV Senior Authorised Person (SAP) authorisations - Authorised under a DNO's safety rules - Strong knowledge of electrical safety - Competent Senior Authorised Person / HV Specialist Key Responsibilities: - Issue safety documents and permits - Cancel safety documents upon completion of works - Ensure compliance with client safety rules - Replace assets as needed - Conduct automation testing and maintenance - Write and review RAMs to ensure a safe system of work in high-risk environments - Replace switchgear, transformers and OHL - Re-energise new assets - Issue limitation of access documents - Perform switching operations at 132kV - Write and implement switching schedules Logistics: - Competitive day rate - Monday to Friday - Outside IR35 - 12-month contract - Location: South of England If you are interested and meet the qualifications, please send your CV to ****** to arrange a call with me.
