Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join a dynamic healthcare team in London.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving value creation initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Assist in the evaluation of potential investment targets, including financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and formulate strategic recommendations.
Support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
Monitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for value creation and operational improvement.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting the healthcare sector.
