Our UK team is looking forward to welcoming Senior Appian Engineers to our Low-Code team to build and deploy applications and solutions to support business critical systems. You will lead the solution design and development team taking our clients to the next level.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include: Leading and organizing team activities, being on top of project delivery, delegating work, and managing capacityAssess the technical feasibility of business ideas.Be the primary point of contact for the client and the delivery team.Evaluate and develop solutions for scalability, performance, and efficiency.Seek out and build relationships with key stakeholders.Design and implement solutions together with your team and provide demonstrations to clients.Be aware of and make use of Roboyo's architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently for our clients.Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability.Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed during the design, implementation, testing, and release phases.Supervise, mentor, and develop other employees on application and implementation methodologies.Identify strengths and weaknesses in yourself and the team in order to aid the continual improvement of our delivery services.Proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell other product lines/services and account expansion– e.g. Automation and LEAN, Advisory, Automation Engineering (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, BPM), Process & Task Mining, Managed Services or Converge.Continual improvement of service to our clients ensuring the required impact is met.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in hands-on application development in the Appian BPM suite and application-level architecting, designing, and development activities, with a good understanding of Appian architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently.Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java.Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential is a big plus.Experience with other automation technologies (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, etc.) is of great advantage.Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships.Have or meet UK Enhanced Security checks is a plus.An attractive compensation package includes:
