Some highlights Being part of an international company yet with local presence Build a safer digital society together with us Working as a Senior Advisory Services Consultant The role of the Senior Advisory Services Consultant is cross-department and cross-discipline with manifold responsibilities.
The role is crucial to the development of new and existing customer accounts, working closely with the account management team to provide strategic input and mapping of the Orange Cyberdefense UK product and service offerings to customer requirements in a very dynamic sales environment.
The Advisory Services team develop and hold key relationships with customers to allow us to guide, support and influence the customer's security strategy, allowing us a clear view of our customer's goals, challenges and roadmap across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with our customers, acting as a trusted security advisor to our customers' security leadership.
Help to develop and implement overall advisory services strategy for Orange Cyberdefense UK, understanding the company objectives and helping us to align with customer strategy and requirements.
Work with all other departments, particularly the Sales team, in the development of customer accounts, being an ambassador for Orange Cyberdefense UK and a "trusted advisor" to both customers and colleagues.
Design, deliver and manage security advisory services, security assessments, reviews, strategic consulting, and ongoing security advisory.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with the security, technical and leadership teams at our customers, up to and including representing Orange Cyberdefense UK at executive and strategic level where appropriate.
Research and represent customer requirements to allow our solutions architects to design and present complex solutions for customers.
What we expect of you Must have extensive previous and proven industry experience in information security consulting, advisory and security management roles and be able to demonstrate at an interview a track record of skill development, experience, and success in one or more of these areas.
Demonstrate strong security vendor and marketplace knowledge, and hold relevant accreditations and contacts.
Strong security background with "hands-on" experience in large security consulting projects, combined with an excellent conceptual understanding of IT security and technology.
Strong hands-on security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience, working knowledge including auditing, assessment, implementation and consulting of multiple industry accepted security standards and frameworks including ISO 27000 series, NIST based security and risk standards, NCSC, Cyber Essentials, CIS20, C2M2, PCI DSS, NIS2 and GDPR.
Strong professional and technical background with a deep understanding of best practice security controls, processes, and objectives.
Possess industry recognised personal qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, PCI DSS QSA.
