The successful candidate will: Ideally have a minimum of 4 years experience in client services, ideally in a marketing agency environment but candidates with wider account or stakeholder management experience are also welcome to apply Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily be big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the clients growth and success Have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression.
