If you have a proven track record in Document Management , Accounts Payable , or Accounts Receivable Software and excel at account development and retention , we want to hear from you As the company grows, there will also be the opportunity to manage further high-profile customer contracts within the Energy & Retail sectors.
What The Senior Account Manager Will Do: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for their key clients, ensuring a smooth and productive partnership.
Account Development: Identify growth opportunities within the account, delivering tailored solutions that add value and expand their footprint.
Contract Retention: Proactively address client needs, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an account strategy that aligns with the client's goals, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, sales, and support teams to deliver the best possible service and product offerings.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on account performance, forecasting revenue and identifying areas for improvement.
The Senior Account Manager Will Have: Experience: 5 years of experience managing key accounts in the Document Management, FinTech / Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable sectors.
Ideally, experience working with clients in the utilities sector or similar industries.
Account Management: Proven success in growing and retaining accounts, with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop long-term account strategies that align with client goals and maximize revenue opportunities.
Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
