Key Responsibilities -Manage a portfolio of existing strategic accounts against a set ofoutput and input goals by driving the B2B flywheellevers.
- Help improve business processes and make usmore effective in supporting our selling partners - Workon projects to improve the long term business customer experienceand grow the Amazon Business marketplace.

Develop an account plan for building thebusiness on the Amazon Marketplace.
Coordinate functional teams toensure highest integration standards.
Manage complex contractnegotiations.
Successfully prioritize the needs of merchants in amanner that balances their needs and internalpriorities.
Partner closely with internal and externalcross-functional teams to guide the direction of our productofferings.
Drive content for internal business communicationshighlighting various initiatives, successes, and improvementopportunities through the voice of your merchants.
Prepare and conduct business reviews with the senior managementteams on progress, opportunities and roadblocks to closing newmerchants for the Amazon Marketplace.
Be accountablefor driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs inSalesforce and other reporting systems.
Conduct deepdive analysis on issues affecting the merchant categories andestablish periodic reviews that address key businessissues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new andexisting customers and market segments - Experience withMicrosoft Office products and applications - Experiencewith sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similarsoftware - Bachelor's degree orequivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutionsor equivalent experience - Experience identifying trendsand needs to improve an already closed large-scale technologydeal - Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focuson hunting new business Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
