Role: You will play a pivotal role within the company, overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
Your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to: Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
Drive organic growth within existing client relationships by actively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
Contribute to new business initiatives, actively engaging in the development of communication strategies, crafting tactical proposals, preparing budgets, and presenting at pitches as required.
Provide sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, oversee project delivery to financial targets, and manage client negotiations.
Requirements: To be the ideal candidate you should possess the following qualifications and skills: A minimum of a degree qualification.
At least 4 years' experience in successfully managing client projects within medical communications agency.
