Senior Account Manager / Account Director (Healthcare Events) A thriving specialist events agency is actively seeking a new Senior Account Manager/ Account Director to join their Healthcare team permanently.
Based out of their vibrant office, they are offering a unique blend of collaboration and remote flexibility.

Role: You will hold a central position within the company, serving as a primary liaison to clients in the pharmaceutical sector and overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
Under the guidance of the Senior Account Director, your role encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Account Director to shape client account strategy, ensuring both account retention and growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Lead client project teams, offering clear briefs, motivation, and focus.
Work closely with teams to ensure proactive delivery of project briefs.
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients, their organisations, internal audiences, and industry communication needs, challenges, and objectives.
Take the lead in proposal development and contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) when necessary.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in the communications/marketing space.
Ideal sector experience – Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical experience preferable.
Showcase proficiency in managing and delivering end-to-end communication projects, encompassing strategy, creative, content development, production, and digital elements.
Possess the ability to guide clients in understanding and defining objectives from an audience perspective.
Demonstrate clear and confident expertise in project management, financial management, and decision-making.
Excel in presenting and articulating ideas effectively.
Either currently located within a commutable distance to Central London or Cambridgeshire or open to relocation.
Benefits: Competitive salary: £45,000-£65,000 (DOE).
