With 3 office locations in Ireland and 250 software engineers, they have completed over 100 projects in telecommunications and Banking with enterprise clients like tier one banks and telco firms.
This senior sales role is about discovering new opportunities and clients in the banking world targeting key stakeholders such as CTOs, Heads of Custody, Heads of Clearing etc across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Based in London or Belfast, this role reports to the CRO.
Your Day to Day Managing a pipeline of active deals from discovery, qualification to close Generating new opportunities through outbound activity Learning and communicating our service offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthly Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs Managing all phases of the selling process What We're Looking For 7 years experience in quota-carrying roles selling high tech services or products in a solution-selling way.
3 years experience and proven track record selling into Banking.
Proven consultative sales solution skills in selling Software development / AGILE / Integration services Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Solid experience in Reporting, Metrics and direct sales experience Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others The offer £75-85k basic + 100% on OTE uncapped Pension and Health
