What's the Role?
Position: Teaching Assistant (SEN) Location: Bolton (also opportunities in Salford) Salary: £84+ per day (via PAYE – no umbrella fees!)
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm) – part-time considered Start Date: Immediate (after registration) Duration: Long-term, with potential for permanent placements Your Mission As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll provide vital support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and other complex needs.
Here's how you'll make a difference: One-to-One & Group Support: Tailor your approach to support individual students and small groups, helping them engage with their learning.
Empowering Students: Help build their communication, social, and life skills, fostering confidence and independence.
Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement personalised Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Inclusive Environment: Create a safe and nurturing space where every student can thrive both emotionally and academically.
