Successful candidates will have: A qualified SENCO with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a UK classroom.
National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO ) qualification.
Knowledge of SEN policies relevant to the role of a SENCO .

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO .
