Secondary SEN Teacher – Old Trafford (M16) Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to work with a higher-ability class of students, many of whom have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage behaviour effectively and create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Manage and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe and supported.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as required.
Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide the best support for students.
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Proven experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for SEN education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.

Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685).
