Job Title:          SENTeacher  Location:         Castle Garden School, Guildford  Salary:              Up to £35,000.00 per annum Hours:              37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm Contract:          Permanent, Term Time only UK applicants only.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Teachers to join our amazing team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism.
About the role We require qualified Teachers who have the ability to make a significant contribution to our school.
You will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.
The pupils may display some challenging behaviour due to their different needs, so staff are required to have experience.
Within this role, you will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way.
You will also work with the support staff within the classroom to ensure that each pupil is getting the support they require, but also to ensure the smooth running of sessions and allow each pupil to have a positive learning environment.
You will provide feedback to SLT, parents and carers.

Castle Garden School strives to provide effective, specialist education and support to autistic pupils and their families, which will allow pupils to achieve their full potential in education and life.
Located in the town centre of Guildford, the school provides primary education and offers a unique mix of education and support to pupils within a wide spectrum of needs and abilities.

For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
