We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary school in the North of Birmingham.

We are currently looking for a SEN Teacher with experience in Keystage 1 & 2.
The school are open for Teachers with experience from secondary who are willing to transition and explore new challenges.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and inspire students' learning journeys by delivering lessons that meet individual needs.
Working closely with a dedicated team of support staff, you will ensure that students receive the highest quality support and care, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the wider teaching team.
Use creative teaching methods to engage and motivate students with a range of learning needs.
Support students' emotional and social development, promoting positive behaviour and communication skills.
Work closely with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and engaging them in their education journey.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASC.
A positive, compassionate, and resilient approach to supporting students with additional needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other staff and external specialists.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
