Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons tailored to SEN students, ensuring accessibility and understanding for all learning levels.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures individual learning needs and fosters academic growth.
Collaborate with the SEN team and support staff to develop personalized learning plans and monitor student progress.
Engage positively with students, parents, and staff, maintaining clear communication and supporting the school's inclusive ethos.
Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Maths to SEN students at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
Strong understanding of SEN best practices, with a patient, compassionate, and adaptable teaching style.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
