Semi-Senior Accountant Hereford £25,000 - £35,000   Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth and are looking for talented individuals to help build relationships with their expanding client base.
They operate differently from traditional accounting firms, focusing on results rather than strict budgets and timesheets, allowing for flexible working hours and remote options.
  Position Overview They are seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant to join the Hereford office.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including various companies and owner-managed businesses.
  Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality accounting services and financial advice to your portfolio of clients.
Prepare year-end financial statements, tax returns, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Review and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
Assist clients with complex accounting issues and develop tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Stay informed on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
  Qualifications Relevant accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/ACA) or part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
Previous experience in an accountancy practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
