Job Description Job Role: Security Mobile Response Officer Working Hours: 42 hours per week (average), 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Nights, 18:00-06:00 Pay: £11.77 per hour Location: Working out of Chester Business Park, CH4 9QE Reporting to: Support Services Manager Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security Mobile Response Officer to join our established security team based at Chester Business Park. The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence and a full UK Driving Licence as a minimum.
You will be responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, locking and unlocking of client buildings and liaising with the Support Services Manager and the 24-Hour Control Room to maintain an excellent standard of services to our clients.

Previous industry related experience preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Excellent IT Skills & Computer Literacy.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Timegate, Immix, Teams, SharePoint, and Office would be a distinct advantage.
