Security Contractor (DV Cleared) Location: West Midlands Duration: At Lease 3 months (potential extension) - Flexibility around number of days per week Overview: Our client seeks an experienced senior security professional with DV clearance to enhance and finalise a Security Management Plan for a high-security location in the West Midlands.
This role is crucial for ensuring the security protocols and procedures meet the necessary standards for sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive security gap analysis to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Advise on and implement robust security procedures and policies tailored to the site.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Review existing security measures and recommend enhancements to improve overall safety and security.
Document findings and provide clear reports outlining recommendations and action plans.
Ideal Candidate: Must possess current DV clearance.
Extensive experience in security management, particularly within high-security environments such as Defence, List X, or Critical National Infrastructure.
Proven track record in developing and implementing security plans and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
