Job Advert: Security Commissioning/Installation Engineer Location: West/East Midlands (UK-wide travel required) Package: £50,000 We are looking for an experienced Security Commissioning/Installation Engineer to help deliver high-quality security solutions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, EAS, and other security systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and Codes of Practice.
Work closely with Project Managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Commission and hand over systems in line with project requirements, including client demonstrations.
Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, e-docs) in line with NSI requirements.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Continuously support best practices in fire and security, with a focus on sensitive customer information.
Provide technical support for system integration, particularly for detection and CCTV systems.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm Knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy Intruder, ACT, Honeywell Access Control, Analogue, and IP CCTV systems.
Ability to work independently, organize time effectively, and handle customer-facing environments.
Full understanding of BS5839 and industry standards.
Full clean driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide, with overnight stays as required.
ECS/CSCS card.
Experience in retail security systems and network/IP-based products.
Desirable: SSSTS or SMSTS cards (or willingness to obtain).
Supervisor experience with full project delivery.
