Second Line Support Analyst

Details of the offer

We are looking for an effective 1st/2nd line support analyst - Service Desk
Excellent Customer service skills via phone and in person.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Handling escalations Experienced – at least 3 years+ in IT support roles.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 365 – & ideally AOVPN, Autopilot & Azure.
Experience of VPN and remote support tools – supporting customers working remotely and/or in office.
Active Directory support.
Supporting iOS & Android mobile devices.
General hardware support for Laptops, etc.
– expected to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Previous experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management tools.
Knowledge of best practice – e.g.
ITIL.
Ability to work on site 5 days per week


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
