Job Opportunity: IT Scrum Sprint Administrator Location: Bristol (on site) Salary:  Competitive, based on experience  About the Role: My client, a technical company based in Bristol are looking to grow their team and hire someone to work as the Scrum/Sprint Administrator, the ideal person will have experience managing sprints, maintaining product backlogs, and fostering effective team collaboration, ensuring Agile processes are upheld.
Key Responsibilities Sprint Coordination: Oversee sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure sprint goals are met.
Backlog Management: Collaborate on backlog priorities and ensure tasks align with business needs.
Team Utilisation: Track capacity, monitor Agile metrics, and optimise team performance.
Offshore Coordination: Support alignment between in-house and offshore teams, maintaining communication and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison, sharing updates on sprint metrics and addressing any risks or deviations.
Skills and Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in Scrum/Sprint Coordinator or related Agile roles, working with IT and digital teams.
