Must be able to read, write, and understand English.• Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.• Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.• Ability to be an effective leader and member of project teams.• Ability to take initiative and achieve results.• Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.• Read and apply Screening SOP.• Require datacentre personnel to utilize metal detection and/or wand for entrance to and exit of secure areas.• Monitor traffic flow through screening checkpoint(s).• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.• Perform hand held wand searches.• Perform walk through metal detection searches.• Required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations.

In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorised company representatives.Essential SkillsEssential Criteria:Current valid SIA licence.Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.Strong communication skills. Competent in MS Word, Excel and E-Mail (Outlook). Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills.Able to negotiate and deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion. Adaptable and responsive in the face of changes in priorities, plans and schedules.
