We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team, someone who will motivate and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Science Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge in one or more scientific disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and a passion for engaging students with the wonders of science.
As a Science Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to support development Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive classroom culture Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, including through extra-curricular activities and mentoring Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students in your care The Person: We are looking for a candidate who is: A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) Passionate about science and education, with a clear commitment to student success Able to inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds Highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively within a team Ideally, you will have experience teaching science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, though NQTs are also welcome to apply Why Join Us?
