Science Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified science teacher/tutor to join our online school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 11.25 hours of teaching per week (15 lessons of 45 minutes each).
The lessons will be conducted in groups, catering to students from Year 7 to Year 11.
All teaching is morning/noon hours, UK time zone, starting on Monday 6th of January 2025.
Responsibilities: 11.25 hours of teaching per week (15 lessons of 45 minutes each, 3/4 lessons per day, Monday to Thursday) for groups of students in Year 7 to Year 11 in: - Biology - Chemistry - Physics Required: - Commitment until the end of the academic year (minimum) with the option of extension upon mutual agreement.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
Desired: - Previous experience working in schools or teaching GCSE-level science.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
Additional Information: - Fully remote role - No marking is required for this position.
- Exceptionally behaved students - The position offers a set timetable during morning/noon hours.
- The ideal candidate will commit to the role until the end of the academic year with the option of extension upon mutual agreement.
Remuneration: - The rate for this position is £200 per week.
(868£ per full working month: 4.34 weeks x £200).
