Our school is set in a beautiful rural location for up to 20 pupils.
We are looking for an innovative, creative and committed Business Administrator to work closely with the Principal supporting growth and compliance.Job OpportunityTo manage the financial and budgetary processes to ensure that the school derives maximum benefit from its budget and has systems which evidence accountability, best practice and value for money.To oversee the development, implementation, monitoring and supervision of the whole school administrative function.To anticipate the needs of the school and provide timely and effective support to staff, parents and other relevant stakeholders.To actively model and promote the values and ethos of the school.To monitor services provided to the school including all SLAs ensuring effective services are provided internally and externally.To support the Principal in employee management processes for all school staff.To develop the corporate image of the school.Essential Skills5 GSCE's including Maths and English Grade C or equivalent to.Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, including children, parents, colleagues and social workers.Sound knowledge of a range of computer applicationsAbility to develop and maintain efficient record keeping systemsBudget managementExperience of working in a school preferredAbility to show sensitivity and objectivity when dealing with confidential issues.The description is not intended as a total definition of the post, only an outline of the duties involved.
