In the role you will coordinate all SSE Business areas training requirements, supporting the delivery of training throughout the UK and ROI, optimising trainer capacity, and ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Promoting effective planning practices within Technical Training to fulfil SSE Business Units' training needs.Managing an annual training capacity plan, ensuring timely and compliant training delivery aligned with business requirements.Holding monthly planning meetings with each business unit to monitor progress and exceed agreed KPIs.Coordinating with training delivery teams, meticulously collating and processing all required paperwork and submitting to various parties once full validation checks have been completed.Serving as the primary point of contact for all Technical Training-related queries.
What do I need?To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to effectively lead meetings.Proven planning and coordination abilities, including the capacity to analyse and summarise data for middle or senior management.Excellent IT skills, including strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of SSE's LMS and Harmony systems would be an advantage.
