As part of our ongoing growth, we are excited to announce a brand new Scheduler (Grounds Maintenance) vacancy, to join our Grounds Maintenance Team on a permanent basis!
The purpose of this role is to carry out a wide range of scheduling tasks to support both the Operations Manager and the Grounds Maintenance and Fencing teams.
We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.
We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Please note this role will require you to come into the office 3 days per week.
Requirements Outline of Key Responsibilities... Support the Grounds Maintenance and Fencing teams by maintaining and updating databases and spread sheets as directed.
Scheduling and amending their work diaries using the dynamic scheduling system.
Acting as first point of contact between Grounds Maintenance and Development for dealing with complex defects/enquiries/complaints) on new build properties.
This role will involve liaising closely between Tenants and Grounds Maintenance/Fencing teams and their subcontractors to identify speedy resolutions to issues helping to put in place longer term solutions to stop these happening again.
Processing invoices and job completions on internal database/system.
Liaising with tenants and other customers on services provided by the Grounds Maintenance/ Fencing team.
Carrying out scanning of all relevant documents and other administration tasks.
Appointments for access, by Havebury staff and contractors as required.
We are looking for someone who has...
Previous experience of dealing with customers Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
To have a positive outlook and be passionate about customer service.
The ability to ask the right questions to be able to understand the reason for the customer's call/visit.
Experience of using IT systems, including Microsoft office software Outlook, Word, Excel, and other databases.
